The products of Cascina Carlòt

The History

The estate was owned by Carlo Marchisio, known as Carlot, who, having no male heirs, left the management of the land to Mario Mo, grandfather of the current owner, who subsequently purchased the farmhouse. Today Claudio, the third generation, leads the estate, made up of vineyards, fruit trees, vegetable gardens and hazelnut groves.

Terroir & Winery

With a great love for his land and the natural rhythms that govern it, Claudio has based his work on tradition and sustainability, also exploiting innovation when it represents help towards this direction; this is the case, for example, of the changes adopted with the aim of making the estate self-sufficient, with renewable energy and a system for the collection and use of rainwater.
