A repentant engineer, an economist and a pharmacist give life to the Cerminara – Fratelli di Cirò project. Together they bring back to the vineyard, in the heart of the Cirò DOC, a long family history dedicated to the production of organic wines faithful to the character of the territory. The winery’s wine project is very rigorous and is based on a few simple rules. Obsessive care of the vineyard and the fruit. Respectful winemaking. Methodical and non-interventionist supervision of the natural processes of transformation of must into wine.
