Between the Fenouillèdes valley and the Pyrenees, Agnès and Alain Carrere founded this Domaine in 1992; the production was initially designed for large-scale distribution, but along the way the prospects changed radically and the search for quality and authenticity took over; thus comes the conversion to organic farming and vinification with indigenous yeasts; this harsh and wild terroir has thus found a new worthy interpreter.
