Domaine Michel Chevre
Michel Chevrè began his career in 1992 working as winery manager at Domaine des Roches Neuves. In 2007 he purchased a small plot of Chenin Blanc in Courchamps, in the Saumur AOC denomination and in 2009 he began making wine. The approach is immediately non-interventionist, neither in the field, where the cultivation is organic and biodynamic, nor in the winery, where fermentations occur spontaneously with indigenous yeasts.
