Fattoria Ambra

With a proclamation in 1716, Cosimo III de’ Medici, Grand Duke of Tuscany, dictated the rules for controlling the production of Carmignano; the boundaries of the ancient denomination have remained identical to this day. The farm has been owned by the Romei Rigoli family since the end of the nineteenth century and is today run by Giuseppe Rigoli and his wife Susan, both agronomists; helping them with their work in the estate are their nephew Guido Cantini and the agricultural expert and sommelier Fabio Marzotti.
