Fattoria di Rodano

Fattoria di Rodano is located in the municipality of Castellina in Chianti, north of Siena, and is a true 360-degree agricultural estate: it grows vines and olive trees from which it produces wine and oil, raises pigs in the wild and is populated by many animals, small and large. It has belonged to the Pozzesi family for four generations and has been part of the Chianti Classico Consortium since the seventies. The processes are traditional and manual, the vinifications are natural, with spontaneous fermentations and limited use of technology, the refinements are carried out in large barrels or concrete tanks.
