The Fedrizzi Cipriano agricultural winery has been making grapes from its vineyards in Mezzolombardo, in the heart of the Piana Rotaliana in Trentino, for five generations. It is from here that the native Teroldego vine appeared all over the world.

The History
The winemaking of the cultivated grapes began in 1870 with varieties such as Pinot Grigio, Lagrein and Teroldego. The significant turning point took place around 1990 with Cipriano Fedrizzi who, driven by a great passion, decidedly oriented himself towards the production of high quality wines. Currently, the management of the winery and vineyards is in the hands of Giovanni, son of Cipriano, who inherited his father’s passion for the countryside and for Teroldego.
Terroir & Winery
The vineyards have an average age of 45 years and are cultivated with low yield, with the production of a few bunches per plant, for the purpose of a greater aromatic concentration. The entire surface area owned by the winery is located in the Campo Rotaliano area, specifically in the areas of Entichiar, Teroldeghe and Campazzi. Here, the presence of pebbles and silt of river origin gives the wines unique identity and organoleptic characteristics.
