The History
It is a recent history, but one that has its roots in the beginning of the last century; in fact, the grandparents and even before that the great-grandparents dealt with wine with passion and dedication. Since 2010, the family has acquired around 20 hectares of vineyards in different areas: Serralunga d’Alba in the heart of the Langhe, Incisa Scapaccino and Castelnuovo Calcea in Monferrato, Perletto in Alta Langa.
Terroir & Winery
The winery demonstrates a strong attention to the environment by cultivating the Nebbiolo vines in organic farming and the other varieties with the integrated pest control method. The vinifications are carried out by combining traditional methods with the best modern technologies, in order to preserve the purity of the varieties. Furthermore, each harvest is managed by adapting the winemaking process based on the specific characteristics of each vintage, to maximize its peculiarities.
