The History
During the 1970s Alfio Carpini created a first farm on the hills of Montepulciano, near a small 14th century convent. Since 2003 the Bini family has taken over management, continuing the traditional approach started previously.
Terroir & Winery
An organic winery for over thirty years, the 12 cultivated hectares rest on the hills of Montepulciano with beautiful sunny exposures and a ventilated climate. Only copper and sulfur in the field, and in the winery traditional winemaking without additives and with the use of indigenous yeasts. For the refinements, large Slavonian oak barrels are used, avoiding excessive transfer of the wood into the final material.
