Small winery

Project born from the talented Fabrizio Iuli, Monferrino doc, who from the beginning set the winery’s horizons on the valorization of old vineyards in the southern part of the Lower Monferrato, scattered in different municipalities and each with a specific terroir. In addition to the renowned local native varieties, some plots are cultivated with ancient abandoned Piedmontese varieties, Slarina and Baratuciat. Traditional pruning and winemaking methods, with low yields in the field and spontaneous fermentations in the winery.
