Antica Quercia is a farm located in the small village of Scomigo, a hamlet of Conegliano, in an area famous for being the cradle of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG. It is a single body of 25 hectares where vineyards, olive trees and pomegranate plants alternate; dominating this surface is an ancient 500-year-old oak tree, imposing and majestic, rich in history and anecdotes of the town. Claudio runs the winery with peasant talent, using organic methods and creating an authentic and genuine Prosecco, moving among other things increasingly towards the use of native yeasts in the fermentation phases.
