The small agricultural winery managed by Gelmino and Cristina Dal Bosco is located in Brognoligo, in the center of the Soave Classico production region; a territory limited only to the municipalities of Soave and Monteforte D’Alpone, located in the province of Verona. The winery is family-run, deeply rooted in its traditions and strongly linked to the territory it belongs to.

The History
The winery was founded in 2002, when the family decided to start making wine from the grapes themselves, which were previously given to a local cooperative winery. Gelmino and Cristina Dal Bosco expertly run the winery using only 100% Garganega for the production of their Soave.
Terroir & Winery
The vineyard area is 9 hectares, divided into many small vineyards, all located on the hills of Brognoligo. It is precisely the most united plot, Monte delle Battistelle, which is located in the Castellaro cru area, that gives the winery its name. Among these rocky slopes with soil of volcanic origin, the Garganega can express itself to its full potential.
