Marie Thibault, after working for several years in the Domaine Francois Chidaine, a point of reference for viticulture in the Loire, found a vineyard in Lignieres de Touraine and decided to start her own business; three and a half hectares of 50 year old vines, with organic certification since 2014, for a small female production.
