Padron is the project of Filippo Bianchi, a winemaker in Erbusco, Franciacorta, who started a small Classic Method production in 2007 with passionate inspiration from the great Champagnes: no compromises in the vineyard and in the winery, artisanal processing, reserve wines from 10 harvests with long refinements, hand remuage, long rest sur lie.
