Patrick Sullivan

After launching his line of parcel wines from rented vineyards in 2010, in 2014 Patrick Sullivan purchased a farm in the Strezleki Mountains in Gippsland, a rural region of Victoria; here together with his wife Megan he begins to grow his own grapes, with a natural and minimalist approach both in the field and in the winery; the very high quality of the bunches and the great precision in the winery allow Patrick to create wines of extreme cleanliness and elegance without the use of external artifices, which have made him a point of reference in the panorama of artisanal wines in Australia.
