The History
After agricultural school and various experiences in other wineries, Pierfabio gets involved and begins to cultivate two rented lands, located in two distinct and peculiar areas. In 2017 he officially founded the estate, helped by his wife Valeria.
Terroir & Winery
The 4 hectares of vineyards are mainly cultivated with Verdeca and Primitivo, divided into two distinct bodies, each of which is particularly suited to its respective variety. The processes are completely artisanal, with certified organic regime in the field, and spontaneous fermentations and very little sulfur in the winery.
