In Celles-sur-Ource, in the Côte de Bar, the Gerbais family has run their own Domaine for three generations, bearing the name of the founder who purchased the first vineyards after the Second World War; Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc come from rather old vineyards, some of which are centenary, with which parcel selections are made. Since the 1990s, the Domaine has completely abandoned chemistry, converting to organic farming and working naturally even in the winery.
