The History
Ronco Severo was born after the war as a breeding and agriculture estate; only later was the old house adapted to serve as both a home and a winery, thus also starting a small wine production. Today Stefano Novello leads it with great competence and passion.
Terroir & Winery
The essential desire to grow healthy grapes without the use of chemical treatments and herbicides; the skill of acestateing the transformation in a natural way, without the use of enzymes, selected yeasts and sulfur dioxide; without filtering or clarifying; the use of long macerations; and then a soil so rich in microelements and a wonderful microclimate; you will taste all this in the glass.
