Salvetta

A estate with a very long history, attested since 1500, present with its Vino Santo Puro at the time of the Habsburgs, it was purchased in the 1930s by Dario Salvetta, who began the family history. Among Dario’s four sons, Giancarlo was the one who dedicated himself most to the estate, recovering ancient uses in the cultivation of grapes and their processing. Today his sons Enrico and Francesco safeguard and pass on this oenological knowledge, working only with Nosiola grapes, even in the Vino Santo Trentino version.
