Mario Danesi and his cousin Elena, originally from Bassa Bresciana, are at the helm of the San Michele winery, located in Capriano del Colle. Their story began in the 1980s, when their respective families purchased the first land, laying the foundations of an agricultural company which, over time, has expanded and established itself as one of the most representative realities of the Capriano del Colle DOC. After completing his studies in business economics, Mario chose to dedicate himself to the winery with the aim of innovating and making it grow, focusing on the diversification of production and territorial identity. Since 2015, the company has been managed according to the principles of organic farming, confirming a constant commitment to sustainability and quality.
