Scacciadiavoli

The Scacciadiavoli estate was founded in 1884 by Ugo Boncompagni Ludovisi, Prince of Piombino, who founded an innovative and cutting-edge French-style winery, destined to become a technological model for Umbria. Since 1954 it has been owned by the Pambuffetti family, now in its fourth generation. Amilcare and Carlo are supported by their children and grandchildren Liù, Iacopo, Romeo, Fiammetta and Amilcare jr. The estate extends over 130 hectares, of which 40 are dedicated to viticulture and the rest to arable land, distributed in the municipalities of Gualdo Cattaneo, Giano dell’Umbria, Bevagna, Castel Ritaldi and Montefalco, within the Montefalco DOC and DOCG and Spoleto DOC denominations.
