Secula

Dino Luigi is the heir to this family fruit winery located in Carpi in the province of Modena; in 2018 Dino, with the help of his friend and former fellow student Gabriele Valentini, began producing wine with the 4 hectares of vineyard he had at his disposal, aware of their privileged position, between San Prospero and Sozzigalli, real “crus” for Lambrusco di Sorbara and Lambrusco Salamino. The operations in the vineyard have the aim of eliminating chemical residues, also eliminating copper and sulphur; in the winery the approach is mechanical rather than chemical, with the wise use of thermal control and neutral wine vessels, which can better enhance the work done in the vineyard; refermentations in the bottle as tradition dictates.
