Tenuta Segattini

Luca Segattini represents the latest generation of a family of winemakers for over three centuries. In 2016 he took over his grandfather’s vineyard: three hectares made up of two plots with very different terroirs, on the hills between Lake Garda and Valpolicella, planted with the native red grapes typical of the area, namely Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara. The following year he met Fulvio Bressan, who radically changed his way of producing: very rigorous work in the vineyard with minimal interventions, low yields, natural vinification with indigenous yeasts, without the use of external oenological products, with the use, if necessary, of minimal doses of sulphites at bottling.
