Tenute Olbios

Tenute Olbios is located in Olbia, in north-eastern Sardinia, within the Gallura territory, an area that boasts the only DOCG Vermentino in the world. Daniela Pinna personally follows the vineyards, which are cultivated naturally through integrated pest control; Irrigation is also avoided, thus pushing the vines to descend deep into the granite sand soils rich in minerals. The vinifications are as pure as possible and tend to preserve and enhance the natural characteristics of the grapes. No use of animal-derived products is made.
