Terroir al Limit

Terroir al Limit was born in 2001 in Torroja, in the heart of Priorat (southern Catalonia, in the hinterland of Tarragona), from the meeting between Eben Sadie, a renowned South African winemaker, Dominik A. Huber, a young German in love with wine, and Jaume Sabaté, a Spanish investor. Driven by the desire to enhance the unique essence of this extraordinary wine-growing area, they decided to start a project with a minimalist approach in the winery and a deep respect for nature in the vineyard. The objective is to bottle the true identity of Priorat, letting each single vineyard express itself freely, without invasive interventions.
