Organic winery in the Venetian hinterland, Tessère was founded in 1979 by Ilario Bincoletto; today it is his daughter Emanuela who takes care of the vineyards and wines, with the native Raboso as the undisputed protagonist, which is also vinified as passito, as Classic Method sparkling wine and as refermented.
