Valentina Passalacqua’s is one of the largest companies in the world of so-called “natural” wines; the challenge that began in 2008 was precisely that of being able to manage a large vineyard area without the aid of synthetic chemistry, exploiting organic and biodynamic farming techniques, and of transforming healthy grapes by vinifying them without artificiality, through spontaneous fermentation and avoiding filtration and clarification; the production is divided into three lines that express three different terroirs within the magnificent Gargano area.
