Vignaiolo Fanti

The small town of Pressano is located on a sunny and airy hill, just north of Lavis, surrounded by a splendid expanse of vineyards. In a 17th century rural house, in the center of the town, Giuseppe Fanti began his career as a winemaker, having a small piece of land and using the old winerys of the house. Since 1991, his son Alessandro has taken care of the vines and winemaking, reevaluating old agronomic practices and working with simple and traditional transformations.
