The History

The family vineyards date back to 1720, while the current estate was founded in 1950 by Enrico Borgogno, then passed to his son Lodovico. Virna began working alongside her father in 1988, even before obtaining her degree in oenology, and today she, with the help of her sister Ivana, has full control of the estate, to which her name has been added to highlight her leadership female.

Terroir & Winery

Production is totally based on sustainability, respect for the natural environment and protection of biodiversity; to implement this the estate adopts innovative and eco-sustainable agronomic solutions, and uses photovoltaic panels and rainwater canalization for energy autonomy with very low environmental impact.
