Mino Zanzariello, already the creator of an important technology estate in the agri-food and wine sector, decided in 2018 with his wife Alma to create a estate in Val d’Itria dedicated to the production of classic method sparkling wine. With two hectares of vineyard land, Weno cultivates, vinifies and produces sparkling wine from the area’s native varieties: Verdeca, Maresco and Susumaniello.
