Description

This wine is the result of the collaboration between the different companies that are part of the Cembrani DOC Consortium. Each producer selects his own parcel, vinifies it and gives it to create the blend. Soft pressing for traditional white vinification at controlled temperature. Maturation and ageing in stainless steel.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour; on the nose, hints of white flowers, tropical fruit and peach emerge. Savoury and mineral on the palate, with pleasant acidity and good persistence. All the hallmarks of a mountain wine.

Meat first courses, fish first courses, charcuterie, fish second courses, fish crudités.
