“Alauda” Toscana IGT 2018

Grapes with very low yields, fermentation process takes placeed by hand and also selected in the cellar. Fermentations take place in steel tanks separately for each grape variety. Long maceration on the skins until decanting into small oak barrels, where the wines rest for three months, until blending.

Inscrutable red color, dense, with scarlet reflections. On the nose a sumptuous attack of fresh fruit and jam, with notes of Mediterranean botanicals and the sweet spiciness of the woods. Sipped in continuity with the aromas, supported by a beautiful tannic texture and a good body; long finish with salty texture.

Tasty dishes, rich sauces, long-matured cheeses.
