Description

Grapes harvested by hand at perfect ripeness; slow spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, which lasts for a few months, and natural malolactic fermentation; the wine matures in cement on the fine lees for 12 months.

Tasting

Deep yellow color with golden hues; nose of lemon, orange, exotic fruits and honey, with spicy and herbaceous notes; structured and fresh sip, with marked acidity and salinity.

Seafood appetizers, shellfish, grilled white meats, mature cheeses.
