Description

The grapes are grown in the Hahnenberg vineyard, characterized by granite soils. Winemaking follows biodynamic principles, with spontaneous fermentation and minimal oenological intervention.

Tasting

Bright straw yellow colour; intense nose with notes of citrus fruits, white flowers, toasted cereals, peach and apricot; broad and dry sip, with lively acidity and a long, savory and spicy finish.
