Description

The harvest is manual, carried out in the second half of September. A careful selection is made of the grapes in the vineyard, which are left to dry in boxes and placed in the fruit rack. red vinification in contact with the skins for the entire fermentation, with two daily pumping over and a delestage halfway through the process. The refinement takes place for one year in small wood and two years in large wood.

Tasting

Brilliant ruby red with hints of garnet. The cherry and red berries stand out on the nose, although they do not hide a floral background. The sip starts with a delicate sweetness, followed by a slightly bitter note intertwined with tannins and red fruits.

Pairings

Excellent meditation wine, it pairs excellently with stews and braised meats at the table.
