BottlesThe grapes are destemmed and whole berries are selected. Fermentation and maceration last 40 days in tonneaux and maturation lasts one year in wood.
Deep ruby red in color, with a nose of red and black fruits and a hint of pepper on the finish; a bold, full-bodied palate with lovely tannins and great length.
Grilled meats, medium-aged cheeses.
