Anina Verde 2022

An unusual Grüner Veltliner wine that ferments spontaneously for 12 days with pressed Riesling skins; the wine then ages on the fine lees for 6 months, partly in steel and partly in old wood. Gravity racking, no filtration, homeopathic dose of sulfites added at bottling.

Complex nose of rose and violet, fresh fruit and citrus peel, with notes of spices and hydrocarbons; rich, fresh and elegant sip, with a long persistence.

Land and sea appetizers, crustaceans and molluscs, roasts, grilled white meats, medium-aged cheeses.
