Ansonica
It is produced entirely from Ansonica grapes, harvested and selected by hand from the three owned vineyards at the beginning of September. In the winery the grapes are left to ferment and macerate on the skins for 4 months; subsequently, the wine is left to rest and mature in tonneau for 6 months, to finally enjoy at least 24 months of refinement in the bottle.
On the nose it expresses an extraordinary olfactory complexity, with notes of white flowers and fruity and tropical hints, an inebriating scent that recalls the fragrances of French Sauternes or Canadian Ice Wines. The sip is of great elegance and a marked minerality that fully expresses the terroir to which it belongs.
