Description

Manual harvest in crates; depending on the progress of the year, the grapes can be left to dry on the vine with the presence of noble rot, or be harvested and left to dry in the drying room; soft pressing, static decantation of the free-run must, fermentation in steel for about a month. The wine ages in barriques for 12 months and refines in the bottle for another year.

Tasting

Intense golden yellow color with copper veins; ethereal, fruity and floral nose, very intense and persistent; sweet, harmonious and velvety sip.
