Ardea Alba Chardonnay Aquileia DOC 2023

Once harvested manually, the grapes are macerated for 12 hours in the press. Subsequently the must is cold decanted. It ferments half in steel and then in wooden vats, where it rests until the following spring.

Light and sparkling straw yellow colour; nose of exotic fruit, with notes of banana, quince, passion fruit, mango and melon, with slight hints of lemon balm. Soft and harmonious sip, with a light aroma of pear and tropical fruit, and a light salty and mineral note.

Seafood and shellfish, fish second courses, fresh cheeses.
