Description

From four hectares of centuries-old vineyards with replanting dating back to 1990. Manual harvesting of selected bunches, placed in small crates that are transported by monorail. Traditional red wine vinification with soft cold pressing; maturation for 3 months in large chestnut barrels.

Tasting

Ruby red colour with violet hues; aroma and flavour of great intensity, with distinct minerality and savouriness.

Pairings

Throughout the meal, ideal with ricotta and fresh cheeses, or served cooler with seafood.
