Brief maceration in the press at 20° C. Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 10/15 days. Matured for 3 months in steel on the noble lees, refined for 1 month in the bottle.

Straw yellow colour. On the nose, fresh and floral aromas with evident notes of almond. Savory and well-balanced sip, elegant and with good complexity.

Aperitif, light appetizers, fish first courses, white meats.
