Arquata Umbria Bianco IGT 2023

The grapes are pressed whole, with cold static decantation of the must for 24 hours; fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 15/17°C, after which it refines on the fine lees for about four months.

Wine with a bright straw yellow colour. On the nose it initially recalls wild flowers and lavender, then hints of plum and apple. Savory, mineral, fresh and pleasantly fruity wine.

Ideal for appetizers, or with fish and white meat preparations.
