Description

Traditional vinification with frequent pumping over and delestages, maceration on the skins for about 10 days. The maturation in first and second passage barriques and tonneaux for over 18 months allows for a slow and optimal dosage of oxygen during the phase.

Tasting

Compact ruby red colour; nose of ripe fruit and warm spices, incense and tar, graphite and undergrowth, balsamic hints; full-bodied sip, long and decisive, with good freshness and integrated tannins.
