Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard in October. Maceration on the skins for 10/12 days, maturation 6 months in 50 hl oak casks and ageing 6 months in steel.
Ruby red colour tending towards garnet; wine of beautiful freshness, fruity and intense.
