Barbaresco Camerenda DOCG 2021

Harvest with manual selection in the vineyard; maceration and fermentation for 10 to 15 days in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. It then matures for 2 months in steel and 24 months in barriques. Refines for 8 months in the bottle.

Garnet red color with orange reflections. The scent is ethereal and intense, supported by a light hint of jasmine. In the mouth, the acid-tannic component is extremely balanced, blended with a soft note of violet on the finish. The dense but delicate tannic texture gives it a full and velvety flavour; bitter chocolate and spices in evidence.
