Description

60 days of maceration on the skins with submerged cap, during which spontaneous fermentation and malolactic fermentation take place; 36 months of maturation in large barrels and 12 months of refinement in the bottle before being released for sale.

Tasting

Explosive nose of blackcurrant and blackberry that then opens to morello cherry, cherry and dried rose; full, powerful sip, with an elegant vein and a well-present tannin. Wine that changes in the glass, sip after sip sweetness and finesse open up. Great aging potential.
