Barbera
The harvest is carried out by hand with small perforated boxes; maceration and fermentation in steel for 10 days with manual punching; after racking, the wine matures for 3 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and for 6 months in steel containers, before being bottled without filtration and resting for 2 months before being placed on the market.
Intense ruby red color with violet reflections; delicate nose of blackberries, plums, cherries and violets; the sip is fresh and fragrant, with a nice acidic streak and fruity aftertaste.
Starters and first courses of land, semi-mature cheeses.
