Barbera “Gavelli” Nizza DOCG 2018

Manual selection of grapes, harvest period: September. Fermentation and maceration at low temperature in contact with the skins for approximately 25 days, pumping over and délestage. Aging in large Austrian oak barrels for approximately 12 months. Further refinement in the bottle before marketing.

Intense ruby ​​red color. Complex aromas of red fruit with hints of strawberry, cherry, blackberry and black cherries in alcohol. In the mouth it is velvety and harmonious, with good freshness and acidity, with a broad and very pleasant finish.

Tasty first courses with meat sauces, second courses of red meats, roasts and braised meats; salami and blue, seasoned and spicy cheeses.
