Description

Manual harvest in small 20kg crates in the first ten days of October, fermentation with long maceration on the skins; maturation in large 25/50hl barrels, subsequent permanence in cement tanks, long refinement in the bottle.

Tasting

Bright ruby red colour; nose of red fruits and spices, with evident mineral notes; harmonious and balanced sip, with good acidity and perfectly integrated tannins; elegant finish with soft fruity notes.
